The Agenda block in RSVPify allows you to showcase your event’s schedule directly on your event website. This feature helps attendees easily view the event timeline, session details, and other planned activities.
With the new V4 platform, the Agenda block integrates seamlessly with your Event Website Builder, giving you more flexibility in design, structure, and customization.
Adding an Agenda Block to Your Website
From your Event Dashboard, select Design & Setup → Event Website Builder.
In the left panel, click the + (Add Block) button under your preferred website section (Header, Body, or Footer).
From the pop-up menu, select Agenda under the Event Info category.
Other options available in this menu include Map Block, Countdown, Sponsors, Speakers, and more.
Once selected, a new Agenda block will appear on your website layout preview.
Editing the Agenda Block
After adding your Agenda block:
Click on the Agenda section in the layout panel to open the editing tools on the right-hand side.
You’ll see several editable fields under General and Content:
Title: Set the display title for your agenda (e.g., “Event Schedule” or “Conference Itinerary”).
Description: Provide a short summary or instructions for attendees (e.g., “Review the full day’s sessions below”).
Content: Add your scheduled events or sessions. The main event (created in your form) will appear automatically, but you can add more agenda items manually.
Adding Agenda Items
To add sessions or segments to your agenda:
Click Add Option under the Content section.
Choose Custom Item to manually enter additional sessions or sub-events.
Each agenda item can include:
A Title (e.g., “Opening Remarks” or “Networking Lunch”).
A Description for details like timing, speaker name, or location.
Your items will appear as a structured list on your published website.
💡 Note: If your event was created within your form, you’ll see a message stating: “This event was created in your form. Edit your form to customize its settings, or add a new agenda item instead.” This simply means your main event item is automatically linked and can’t be edited from the website builder.
Customizing the Agenda Block
You can further customize your agenda’s appearance using the Theme section in the right-hand editing panel:
Background Container: Choose whether to display your agenda against a plain background, a color, or an image.
Custom CSS: If you’re familiar with CSS, add your own styling to tailor fonts, spacing, and layout.
When finished, click Preview to view your changes or Publish to make the block live on your event website.
Tips for a Great Agenda Section
Keep session titles short and clear.
Use the Description field to include important times, speakers, or location details.
Arrange your items in chronological order for easier reading.
If your event has multiple days or tracks, consider using clear headers like “Day 1 – Welcome & Sessions” or “Evening Events.”
