The Sponsors block in RSVPify allows you to showcase the organizations or partners supporting your event. This section can be displayed directly on your Event Website, providing visibility to your event sponsors and adding a professional touch to your page.
Accessing the Sponsors Block
From your Event Dashboard, navigate to Event → Sponsors in the left-hand menu.
The Sponsors page will open, showing your current sponsor lineup (if any) and the option to add new sponsors.
If you haven’t added any yet, you’ll see a message prompting you to “Build your sponsor lineup.”
Adding a Sponsor
To add your first sponsor:
Click the Add button on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Choose one of two options:
Create New – Add a sponsor manually by entering their details.
Add from Workspace – Import a sponsor that already exists in your workspace’s shared resources.
Creating a New Sponsor
If you select Create New, a form will open where you can enter the following information:
Sponsor Name – The name of your sponsoring company or partner.
URL – The website or link you’d like to associate with this sponsor (optional).
Category – Label or classify the sponsor (e.g., Gold, Silver, Partner).
Logo – Upload a sponsor logo. You can either browse your computer or add from your media library.
Supported file types: PNG, SVG, JPEG, HEIC, WEBP.
Maximum file size: 10 MB.
You can also choose to toggle Add to My Workspace to save this sponsor for use in other events.
Once you’ve entered all the details, click Add.
Adding a Sponsor from Your Workspace
If your workspace already includes sponsors that were used in other events:
Select Add from Workspace from the dropdown menu.
A pop-up window will display your available sponsors.
Choose the sponsors you’d like to include and click Import.
If no sponsors are available, you’ll see a message prompting you to create your first sponsor within your workspace. Click Go to Workspace to add one.
Displaying Sponsors on Your Event Website
After adding sponsors, you can display them on your event’s website:
Navigate to Design & Setup → Event Website Builder.
Add or enable the Sponsors Block to your page layout.
The sponsors you’ve created or imported will automatically appear in this section.
You can reposition the block within your website layout or edit its design using the website editor to match your event’s branding.
Best Practices
Use high-resolution, transparent logos for a clean, professional appearance.
Group sponsors by tier (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver) using the Category field.
Add clickable URLs so visitors can learn more about your partners.
Keep your sponsor list up to date as new partners are added or confirmed.
