You can add multiple independent RSVP blocks to create additional activities, such as:
Rehearsal dinner
After party
Welcome reception
VIP early entry
Workshops or breakout sessions
Each RSVP block works as its own event, and you control who sees it with logic settings.
Add another RSVP block
Go to Registration form in the event sidebar.
Click + next to the section where you'd like to add the secondary event.
Choose Simple RSVP (or another RSVP choice block).
Rename the block to match your event, for example After Party.
Each RSVP block you add becomes a potential secondary event on your form.
Control who sees the event
Guests see every RSVP block on your form unless you apply logic rules.
Select the block (for example, After Party) and scroll to Logic settings.
You can choose from three conditional options:
Display to guests tagged as…: great for VIPs, the bridal party, sponsors, or staff-only blocks. Upload a guest list and tag guests accordingly.
Show/hide based on a previous RSVP: for example, show the After Party only if the primary event is Attending, or show the Reception only if Adult is selected.
Display based on invite list info: for example, only show the block to emails ending in @company.com, or to guests from a specific table or group.
Example: show an event to tagged guests only
To show the After Party only to guests invited with the tag party:
Add the RSVP block.
Apply Display to guests tagged as… → party.
Only those guests will see the block on the form.
Tips and best practices
Place secondary events after the main RSVP block for a smoother flow.
Preview the form with different guest scenarios to confirm the logic works correctly.
If you're using an invite list, apply tags before testing visibility.
