Organizations Segment on your Contacts list

Updated over a month ago

When importing your contacts list to your event, you have the option to include the name of the company or organization associated with each guest. This can be done through the "Organization" column in your import file.

The details entered into the "Organization" column will automatically be segmented into the "Organizations" section of your contact list. This section can be accessed at any time, allowing you to easily view and manage all of the organizations associated with your events.

Viewing Organizations

To view the list of organizations imported for your event, go to "Contacts list" and simply open the "Organizations" tab in your contact list. Here, you will see a list of all organizations imported, along with the number of contacts associated with each one.

To view the full list of contacts tied to a specific organization, simply select the organization and click on the "Contacts" tab in the pop-up window. Aside from contacts, in that window, you can also update any details associated with the registration selected.

Adding Organizations

If you need to add a new organization manually, you can do so by clicking on the "Add Organization" button in the left-hand corner of the "Organizations" tab. This will allow you to enter the organization's name and any other relevant information.

For new organizations, you also have the option to connect contacts from your existing list. This can save you time and ensure that all of your contacts are properly associated with their respective organizations.

Removing Organizations

If you need to remove an organization from your list, simply select the organization and click on the "Delete" button. This will remove the organization from your event.
