RSVPify workspaces explained.

What is a workspace?

A workspace in RSVPify is a dedicated space where you can manage and organize your events. Each workspace allows you to create events, invite collaborators, manage contacts, etc.

How to create a workspace:

When you sign up, a workspace will be created by default. New workspaces can be created from the Create new... menu (plus icon in the left navigation):

Managing Your Workspaces:

  • Workspace Settings allow you to edit and customize settings like workspace name, default timezone, tags, custom fields, media library, etc.

  • Switching Between Workspaces can be easily done from the arrow icon in your top navigation menu.

  • Deleting a workspace can be done from the actions menu on the 'My workspaces' page. This is an irreversible action.

Workspace Collaboration

RSVPify allows you to invite other people to join your workspace to help co-manage your events. For this, you can send email invitations or share invite links with your collaborators. These collaborators can be either workspace admins or view-only users. With these permissions, they can either have full access to your workspace and workspace data with the ability to edit and change the data or be read-only users who can see some parts of the app but cannot edit or delete anything.
