​How to archive an event

Step 1:

Open the dashboard area of your events by selecting the Events B2C icon on the toolbar located on the left-hand side of your screen.

Step 2:

Find the event you wish to archive and select the vertical ellipsis. Once the ellipsis is selected you will see a selectable icon "Archive event".

Restoring archived events refers to the process of retrieving event data that was previously archived and making it accessible again within the system. This process is often necessary when historical data is needed for analysis, auditing, troubleshooting, or reporting purposes.

Find the event you wish to restore and select the vertical ellipsis. Once the ellipsis is selected you will see a selectable icon "Restore event".
