Creating emails and sharing with contacts

Updated over 3 months ago

RSVPify offers a powerful email editor that allows you to easily create and send email invitations to your guests. In this article, we will walk you through how to access and use the email editor for your event. Before creating your email, make sure to create your guest list.

Locating the Email Editor

To access the email editor, you will first need to access your event in your left-hand side menu. Once you have selected your event, you will locate your email campaigns under "Invitations and Emails":

Creating Your Email Invitation

Once you have opened the email editor, you can begin creating your email invitation by clicking on "New Email."The email builder includes sections for each specific edit:

  1. Email Details - Define what your guests will see when they receive an invite, such as the Subject, from name, reply-to email, and email preview text.

  2. Content Details - By adding blocks, you can customize the look and feel of your email -- add images, change fonts and colors, and add your personalized message. You can edit the content by just clicking on the section/block you'd like to edit.

  3. Theme Design - Select email theme colors, fonts, or match your email theme to the event page theme.

Take your time to make sure your email looks exactly how you want it before moving on to the next step.

Selecting Recipients

After you have finished designing your email, you will need to select who you want to send it to. To do this, click on the "Next: Recipients". On this screen, you can choose to send the email to all guests or select specific recipients from your guest list. You can also use parameters to target specific groups of guests or filter the list by tags.

Preview and Send your Email

By clicking next, you'll be able to preview your email content and select to send or schedule your email campaign:

If everything looks right, simply click "Send Email," and your email will be on its way to your guests or scheduled for later.
