Donation block

Collect donations from guests at the same moment they register — no separate donation page, follow-up email, or third-party tool required.

The Donation block adds a donation field to your registration form, so guests can contribute at the same moment they register - no separate donation page, follow-up email, or third-party tool required.

It's a good fit for galas, fundraisers, and any event where you want to capture contributions at the highest-intent moment in the guest journey - while they're already checking out. Guests can choose from preset tiers you configure, enter a custom amount, or both. You can also set a minimum required donation.

Donations are processed through the same checkout flow as ticket purchases — tickets and donations are captured in a single transaction.

Where to find it

Go to your registration form and click Edit Form. The Donation block is in the RSVP section of the form builder.

Set it up

  1. Open your registration form and click Edit Form.

  2. In the RSVP section, click + and select Donation.

  3. Set your preset donation tiers - for example, $50, $100, $250.

  4. Optionally, enable a custom amount option so guests can give any amount they choose.

  5. Optionally, set a minimum required donation.

  6. Save.

💡 Example: A nonprofit gala sets preset tiers of $50, $100, and $250 alongside its general admission tickets, with a custom-amount option for guests who want to give more. Every guest sees the ask at checkout - no separate donation appeal needed.

Test before publishing

Complete a test registration selecting a preset donation amount, then run a second test using a custom amount. Confirm both appear correctly in the order summary and process as expected.
