Locating your confirmation emails
From your event dashboard, go to Event Settings → Outbound Emails.
You'll find two separate sections here:
Confirmation Emails - sent to guests who register (e.g. RSVP "Attending").
Confirmation Emails for Declines - sent to guests who decline (e.g. RSVP "Not Attending").
Each is listed by form type (e.g. RSVP), with a toggle to turn it on or off and an edit icon to open the email editor.
💡 Tip: Attending and Declining confirmations are edited separately - make sure to check both if you want a consistent look and message across every possible response.
Editing a confirmation email
Click the edit icon next to a confirmation email to open the editor. It's organized into three tabs: Details, Email, and Theme.
Details tab
This is where you set the basics of the email itself:
Email Subject Line - what guests see in their inbox.
From Name - the sender name shown to guests.
Reply-To Email - where guest replies are sent.
Send to - choose Primary guest only or All guests in group with an email.
Display QR codes - toggle on to include each guest's check-in QR code in the email.
Email tab
This is where you edit the email's actual content, block by block. Click any block in the list or directly in the preview to edit it.
The default content block includes:
Title - the heading shown at the top of the email (e.g. "Thank you for your registration"). Editable in the General section of the block settings.
Description - optional text below the title.
Logo - toggle Show Logo on to display your event or organization logo.
Content - the guest and group response summary. Included fields automatically match your form settings; individual fields can be shown or hidden from the confirmation screen settings.
Display QR codes - also available here at the block level.
The Edit Response button lets guests return and make changes to their existing submission. To remove it from the email, click the three dots next to it in the block list and select hide block.
💡 Tip: If you don't want guests editing their RSVP after submitting, hide the Edit Response block rather than disabling edits at the event level - this keeps the option available elsewhere while removing the shortcut from the email itself.
Theme tab
Control the email's color scheme under Email Colors:
Background, Headers, Paragraph, Buttons, Buttons text, Field stroke, Field background - each accepts a hex code directly.
Further down, under Theme, choose a Background container: No container, Color, or Image.
Test before publishing
Click Send preview in the top-right corner to send yourself a test copy of the confirmation email. Check that the content, QR code (if enabled), and styling all look correct before it goes out to real guests.
