How to Edit Your Confirmation Page

After a guest submits their registration, they're taken to your Confirmation Page. Think of it as your event's first post-registration experience. The good news? You have full control over how it looks and what it says.

After a guest submits their registration, they're taken to your confirmation page - your event's first post-registration touchpoint. You have full control over how it looks and what it says.

Finding the confirmation page editor

In your event's Form Builder, scroll to the bottom of the left-hand panel. You'll see a Confirmation section - click Edit to expand it.

There are two separate confirmation pages you can customize:

  • Confirmation (Attending) - shown to guests who successfully register.

  • Confirmation (Not Attending) - shown to guests who decline.

Each page can be customized independently, allowing you to display different messaging for guests who register and guests who decline.

What you can edit

Click the "Thank you for your registration" item beneath the confirmation page you'd like to customize. The settings panel opens on the right side of the screen, where you can configure all of your confirmation page options.

Repeat these steps for the Confirmation (Not Attending) page if you'd like to customize the experience for guests who decline.

General

Update the title (e.g., "Thank you for your registration!") and add a description to give guests any last-minute details - like what to expect next, where to find the event, or a warm thank-you note. You can also navigate directly to your confirmation email settings from here.

Logo

Toggle your logo on or off to match your event's branding needs.

Content

Choose which registration responses appear on the confirmation page so guests can review the information they submitted. You can also choose whether to display each guest's QR code.

💡 Note: Information collected in the Contact Information section is always displayed on the confirmation page and cannot be hidden. If you have fields you don't want guests to see after submitting, place them in a different section of your form - you can then choose whether to show or hide those responses on the confirmation page. Showing or hiding responses does not affect the information stored with the guest's registration.

Theme

Customize the appearance of the confirmation page by selecting a background color, background image, or no background container for a clean, minimal look. You can also add custom CSS for more advanced styling.

💡 Tips for a great confirmation page: Use the description field to set clear expectations ("You'll receive a confirmation email shortly!").

If guests will use QR codes for check-in, enable the QR code display so they can access it right away. Keep the message warm and on-brand - it's the first thing guests see after registering.
