The email builder in RSVPify's next-generation Enterprise platform lets you add content blocks to any email campaign - beyond just text and images. This article covers the available blocks and how to use them to build more useful, informative emails for your guests.
Add a block to an email
Open or create an email campaign in the Email Builder.
Click + to add a new block.
Select the block type from the menu.
Configure the block's settings in the panel on the right.
Available blocks
The block menu shows everything available to add to your email. The Map block is worth calling out specifically - it embeds your event location directly in the email body so guests have the address and a visual map in their inbox without needing to click through to your event website.
For the Map block, confirm the address pulls correctly from your event location settings, or enter one manually.
💡 Tip: Confirmation emails and day-before reminders are the best place for location and logistics blocks - guests are most likely to need that information right before they arrive.
Test before sending
Send yourself a test email and confirm all blocks render correctly before sending to your full list. Check across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail where possible, as rendering can vary by email client.
