June 4th, 2026: CC Email Recipients

RSVPify now lets you copy an assistant, manager, or colleague on your event campaigns automatically, without creating a separate contact.

What's New

You can now add a CC email address to any guest or contact record. When you send a campaign with the CC toggle enabled, that address receives an exact copy of the primary recipient's email. The CC recipient is not a guest or invitee, just an email receiving a copy, so they never show up on your guest list or count as an attendee.

Each recipient is handled independently. The CC contact can unsubscribe without affecting the primary recipient, though if the primary unsubscribes, the CC copy is suppressed too. You can add CC addresses one record at a time or in bulk through an import, with one CC address per contact.

The feature applies to email campaigns only, not confirmations or reminders.

Where to Find It

Add a CC email on any guest or contact record, manually or via import. Then, in the campaign you want to send, go to the Recipients step and switch on the CC included email recipients toggle. The toggle is off by default, so you decide which campaigns include CC recipients.

For step-by-step instructions, see our full guide:

🎯 Who's It For?

  • Hosts managing VIPs and executives – Copy the admins, assistants, and managers who handle communications on a guest's behalf, so they can manage RSVPs and responses without being added as attendees.

  • Event teams – Keep internal stakeholders in the loop on which contacts are being invited, without exporting lists or forwarding emails.

  • Sales teams – Get visibility into which of your accounts are receiving event invitations, so you can follow up at the right moment.

🚀 Add a CC email to a contact and enable the toggle on your next campaign to get started.
