When you share your event link on social media, LinkedIn, or via messaging apps, a preview image is automatically pulled from your event. This is called a link preview or Open Graph image, and it comes from the event image you've set in RSVPify.
To update it:
Log in to your RSVPify account and open your event
Go to Event Settings
Find the Event Image field
Upload or replace the image you'd like to display
Once updated, your new image will appear in link previews when the event URL is shared.
Note: Some platforms (like LinkedIn and Facebook) cache link previews. If your old image still appears after updating, the platform may be showing a cached version.
You can try using the platform's link preview debugging tool to force a refresh, or wait for the cache to clear on its own (typically within 24 hours).
