Give Cue context about your organization and brand

Save standing facts and wording rules Cue uses in every chat across your workspace.

Tell Cue the things it should always know about your organization, like how you describe yourselves, the words you prefer, and standing rules. Cue uses this workspace context in every chat, for everyone in your workspace.

Add workspace context

  1. Open Cue from your workspace and select Cue settings.

  2. Open the Knowledge tab.

  3. Under Add workspace context, type one fact, preference or rule, such as how you describe your organization or a phrase to avoid.

  4. Select Add context. Add separate entries for separate ideas so they're easy to remove later.

  5. To remove an entry that no longer applies, select its delete icon and confirm.

Entries you add are marked as user-added, and Cue never changes them. Cue also saves useful facts it learns in chat, marked Learned by Cue.

Try this request

You can also add context straight from a chat:

“Remember that we always call attendees "guests" and never promise anything about food allergies.”

Variations

  • "Remember that we never share guest lists with sponsors."

  • "What do you already know about our organization?"

  • "Draft a short welcome for [event name] in our usual style."

⚠️ Note: There's no separate brand voice setting. Put tone and wording rules in workspace context, and keep one-off details, like a single event's deadline, in that event's chat.

To share logos and photos, see Share images and an event brief with Cue.
