There are two ways to embed:
Register Button - a button that opens your registration form in a popup overlay on top of your existing page. Use this when registration is one action among many on the page - a button in your nav bar, hero section, or sidebar.
Inline Form - the full form embedded directly into the page itself, so it feels like a native part of your site. Use this when the entire point of the page is registration.
Both options come with a ready-to-paste embed code snippet and a live preview so you can see exactly how it will look before you publish anything.
Set it up
From your event dashboard, click Embed your form.
Choose Register Button or Inline Form.
Use the live preview to confirm how it will render.
Copy the embed code snippet.
Paste the snippet into your website's HTML wherever you want the button or form to appear.
💡 Tip: If your web team manages your company site separately, send them the embed snippet directly - they don't need RSVPify access to paste it into your CMS or page builder.
💡 Example: A company hosting an internal town hall embeds an Inline Form directly on its intranet events page. Employees never have to click through to an external RSVPify link - the registration form simply appears as part of the page they're already on.
Test before publishing
After embedding, open your live website - not just the builder preview - and complete a full test registration through the embedded form to confirm it submits correctly and matches your standalone form's behavior.
