If you run more than a handful of events per year, the Events Hub block is the most powerful thing you can add to your event website.
Instead of maintaining a manually updated calendar, sending guests to individual event links, or rebuilding a registration page every time you add something to your program, the Events Hub displays a live, filterable directory of all your RSVPify events in one place - automatically.
Every event you create in your workspace appears in the hub. Every event that passes drops off on its own. Visitors can filter by date, location, and tag to find exactly what they're looking for and register directly from the listing.
Organizations running 10, 40, or 100+ events a year use this as their primary event discovery page - embedded on their main website or hosted as a standalone RSVPify page that's always current, always accurate, and requires zero ongoing maintenance.
Add an Events Hub block
Open your Event Website Builder.
Click + to add a new block.
Under Events Hub, select Events Hub.
Configure the settings in the panel on the right.
General settings
Title - the heading displayed above the event directory. Defaults to "Events" but can be changed to anything that fits your brand - "Upcoming Programs," "Our Events Calendar," "Register for an Event," and so on.
Description - optional subheading shown below the title. Use it to orient visitors: "Browse our upcoming events and register directly online."
Which events show up
Control which events appear in the directory:
Show all events - displays every event in your workspace, including past ones. Useful if you want a full archive visible to visitors.
Show upcoming events only - automatically hides past events so the directory stays current without any manual work. This is the recommended setting for most organizations.
Match specific criteria - limit the directory to events that match specific tags, date ranges, or locations you define. Use this to power a hub that only shows a specific program, region, or event series.
💡 Tip: Pair Match specific criteria with workspace tags to build multiple focused hubs - for example, one page showing only your webinar series and another showing only your in-person conferences. Each hub stays in sync automatically as you add and update events.
Visitor filters
Give visitors the ability to narrow the directory themselves, in addition to the filters you set at the block level. Toggle Show filters on to expose filter controls at the top of the hub:
Date Range - visitors pick a date window to narrow results.
Tags - visitors filter by tags you've applied to your events in the workspace.
Location - visitors filter by city or venue.
Each filter can be toggled on or off independently, and reordered by dragging the grip handle on the left. Enabling all three gives visitors a fully interactive browsing experience for your event program — a meaningful upgrade over a static list of links.
💡 Example: A professional association running quarterly events across 8 regional chapters enables all three visitor filters. Members land on the hub, filter by their city and the current quarter, and register for their local event - without the association needing to maintain eight separate event pages or send targeted email blasts by region.
Theme
Style the hub to match the rest of your event website:
Background container = choose No container to sit the block on the page background, or Color to add a solid background behind it.
Border style - choose sharp or rounded corners for the event cards.
Card fill color - set a background color for each event card in the directory.
Card stroke color - set a border color around each event card.
Test before publishing
Preview your event website on desktop and mobile and confirm the correct events are showing. If you've enabled visitor filters, test each one and confirm the list updates correctly. Register from a listing in the hub and confirm the full checkout flow works end-to-end.
