For events with more than one registration form, you can filter the check-in dashboard to show only guests from a specific form - so each check-in station sees just the segment it's responsible for, rather than the full combined guest list.
This is useful for multi-form events where different staff handle different guest segments - a main event alongside a secondary event, or separate VIP and general admission registration paths.
💡 Note: The form filter only appears on events with more than one registration form. Single-form events won't see this option since there's nothing to scope.
Set it up
Open Check-In for an event with more than one registration form.
Use the form filter near All forms to select the specific form you want that station scoped to.
Staff working that station will now see only guests who registered through the selected form.
💡 Example: A gala with a separate VIP reception form and a general admission form assigns two check-in stations - one scoped to VIP, one to general admission - so VIP staff aren't scrolling past hundreds of general admission guests to find the right attendees.
Test before publishing
On a test event with two forms, apply the form filter and confirm the check-in list narrows correctly to only that form's registrants. Switch back to All forms and confirm the full list returns.
