Instead of manually building and importing a guest list, you can restrict registration to anyone with an email address at a specific domain. Guests registering from an email outside the allowed domain(s) are blocked automatically.
This is a good fit whenever "anyone at this organization" is a simpler rule than maintaining an explicit guest list - internal company events, employee-only trainings, or student and alumni events tied to a university email domain.
Where to find it
Go to Event Settings → Security, under the Registration section.
Set it up
Go to Event Settings → Security.
Under Registration, enable Limit who can register by email domain.
Enter the allowed domain(s) - for example, yourcompany.com. Add multiple domains if needed.
Click Save Changes.
💡 Example: An internal all-hands meeting enables domain restriction for @company.com. The event link can be announced company-wide over Slack or email without anyone needing to pre-build an invite list - no outside address can register.
Test before publishing
Attempt a test registration using an email address outside the allowed domain and confirm it's blocked. Then confirm a valid in-domain address registers normally.
