Group Check-in & Seating
Guest groups now display directly in the check-in and seating chart views. Group members are listed together with a group-level check-in option, so staff can check in an entire party at once instead of searching for each guest individually.
"Guest Of" Column
The guest list now includes a "Guest Of" column, so you can see at a glance which primary guest each additional guest belongs to (shown by name, or email if no name is provided).
Event QR Codes
Event QR codes are now available for your website and form links. Generate a QR code for any of them, then customize the foreground and background color, choose a style (Square, Dot, or Round), and toggle the RSVPify logo on or off before downloading.
Full Walk-in Guest Registration
Adding a walk-in guest is no longer limited to basic contact info. Staff can now expand Add additional details during walk-in check-in to capture any field from the event's actual registration form, not just name and email, without sending the guest through a separate form.
Form Embedding
Form embedding is now available, with two ways to add registration to your own website:
Register Button – a button that opens your registration form in a popup.
Inline Form – the full form embedded directly on the page.
Both come with a ready-to-paste embed code snippet and a live preview before you publish.
FAQ Block
A new FAQ block has been added to the block library. Give it a title, then add as many question and answer pairs as you need. Questions collapse into an accordion by default; toggle Open by default if you'd rather have answers expanded from the start. Theme settings let you match the block to the rest of your event page.
