Event Reporting and Analytics Dashboard

The Reporting page gives you a real-time snapshot of how your event is performing - from attendance and RSVP responses to custom question answers.

Reporting is the first place to check when you want to understand who's coming, who isn't, and what your guests told you when they registered.

Access reporting

To view your event reports:

  1. Open your event.

  2. Select Reporting from the left navigation menu.

Your reports update automatically as guests register and submit their responses.

What you'll see

The Reporting page is made up of visual chart cards, each representing a different data point from your event. By default you'll see:

  • Attendance overview - a donut chart showing how many guests are attending vs. not attending at a glance.

  • Custom question responses - a breakdown of how guests answered each question on your registration form, with individual responses listed per guest.

  • Contact information - a summary view of your guest contact details.

Each card also has a View all answers or View all attendance link so you can drill deeper into the full dataset.

Customize your charts

You can choose which data points appear on your Reporting page by clicking Edit Charts in the top-right corner. A dropdown will appear where you can:

  • Toggle individual questions or sections on or off.

  • Use the search bar to find a specific field.

  • Toggle Hide Text Answers to display only numeric or multiple choice responses.

  • Click Apply to save your selection.

This lets you build a reporting view that's relevant to your specific event without scrolling through data you don't need.

Where to find full guest details

Reporting is designed to give you a high-level visual overview of your event - charts, totals, and quick snapshots. For the full picture, including individual guest answers, contact information, and registration details, everything lives under your Guest list.

Think of Reporting as your at-a-glance dashboard, and the Guest List as where you go when you need to dig into the details of any individual attendee.
