Navigating the RSVPify workspace dashboard

The RSVPify workspace dashboard is the central hub for managing events, contacts, and team members.

This guide walks through each area of your workspace dashboard and what each control does. Use the numbered screenshot below to find each one.

Top menu (1–4)

1. Workspace name — which workspace you're in (top left); click the switch icon to move between workspaces if you have more than one.

2. Switch to Classic — switch between the classic and current experiences (if your account has classic access).

3. Notifications — the bell alerts you to errors and when exports are ready to download.

4. My Account — your profile picture in the top right; opens profile, account settings, support, and sign-out.

Left navigation (5–8)

5. Events Dashboard — homebase showing all events (the screen shown here).

6. Contacts & Organizations — your full RSVPify CRM.

7. Team Members — add collaborators and manage their access.

8. Create New — quickly create events, contacts, organizations, and workspaces.

Events dashboard (9–12)

9. Search, sort, filter & tags — in the toolbar above your events.

10. Layout toggle — at the right of that toolbar; card vs table layout.

11. Actions menu — jump to event options or duplicate an event.

  • Bulk actions (table layout only): select multiple events to take bulk actions, including archiving.

12. Open archive — top right of the events toolbar; restore or permanently delete archived events.

Below the events table (13–14)

13. Contacts — a quick preview of your contact list, with a link to your full CRM.

14. Recent registrations — the latest registrations across your events.
