Registrations and attendance happened in RSVPify, while contact records, lifecycle stages, and nurture workflows lived in HubSpot. Bridging that gap meant CSV exports, manual imports, and inevitably, stale data.
The RSVPify-HubSpot integration closes that loop. When someone registers for your event, their contact record in HubSpot is created or updated automatically. When they check in, that attendance is logged. You can trigger workflows, update lifecycle stages, and score leads based on real event behavior — all without leaving HubSpot.
The integration works at two levels: a workspace-level sync keeps your contact database current across all events, and event-level mapping lets you tie each event to specific HubSpot campaigns, lists, and workflows.
Where to Find It
Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations and click Add Integration next to HubSpot. After authenticating with your HubSpot credentials, you'll configure your sync preferences once and you're set. To enable syncing for a specific event, go to Event Settings > Integrations and turn on HubSpot for the relevant form.
