How do I close my RSVPify account?

Close your RSVPify account and delete your data in a few clicks - here's what to know before you do, and how the process works.

If you're done hosting events on RSVPify - whether you're moving to another platform or just wrapping things up - you can close your account directly from your workspace settings. Here's what to know before you do, and how the process works.

⚠️ Before you close your account: This action is permanent and deletes your account data. If you'll want access to past guest lists, registrations, or event details later, export what you need before continuing - once your account is closed, that data won't be recoverable.

Close your account

  1. Click the Team Members icon in your left-hand navigation.

  2. Select Profile & Security.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to My Data.

  4. Click Close my account and delete my data.​
