RSVPify has a fresh new look. A new left-hand menu brings your workspace tools, your events, and every event setting together in one place, so you can get where you're going in fewer clicks.
🌟 Your events, websites, forms, and settings are exactly as you left them. What's changed is the design and where you find things.
What's New
RSVPify has updated branding and a single left-hand menu for getting around. Event settings used to live in tabs across the top of the page. Now they live in the menu, right alongside the rest of your event pages.
You can also switch between events right from the menu.
Where to Find the New Menu
The menu runs down the left side of every page. Your workspace tools are at the top, the event you're working on is in the middle, and team invites, notifications, and your profile are at the bottom.
How the New Menu Works
Workspace tools. Dashboard, Contacts, Organizations, and Workspace reporting sit at the top of the menu. From your dashboard, you'll also find Workspace settings and Account settings.
Your event pages. Pick an event and the menu shows everything for it: Overview, Event settings, Website, Registration form, Guest list, Email, Check-in, Seating Charts, and Registration summary. Modules like Tickets, Agenda, and Speakers are listed below.
Switching events. Click the event name in the menu to open the event switcher. Search for an event or choose from your recent and all events, and the menu updates to that event.
Event settings. Click Event settings to expand it in the menu. Event details, Outbound emails, Security, Permissions, Payments, Integrations, and Event QR codes are each one click away.
Event overview. Each event's Overview shows its date, time, and location, plus your website and forms. From there you can edit, preview, publish, or unpublish them, and grab your form's embed code.
