Meet RSVPify Cue (Beta)
RSVPify Cue is a new AI teammate for your event workspace. Tell it what you need in plain language, and Cue handles the busy work: building forms, digging through registration data, pulling numbers for a report, so your team can focus on the event itself.
What Cue can do
Build on-brand event websites and registration forms and flows
Generate custom reports across a single event or your full event portfolio
Set up automations and scheduled actions in plain language, like "text me when a VIP checks in" or "publish this event Monday at 9 a.m."
Handle the busy work: seating assignments, guest tagging, welcome campaigns
Answer questions about ticket sales, attendance, check-in data, donations, and guest responses on request
If you can do it in RSVPify's interface, Cue can do it, just faster.
Built with your privacy and control in mind
Cue is optional. It's not turned on for your workspace by default, and enabling it is entirely your call. Once it's on, you're still in control of exactly what it can see:
Cue only does what you're allowed to do. It works within your specific permissions. A view-only user's Cue can't take actions on their behalf, and if access is limited to certain events, Cue can't see or touch data from events outside that scope, even within the same workspace.
Cue stays inside your workspace. It has no way to reach into another customer's events or data, even by accident.
You decide if Cue can see guest information. A separate switch controls whether Cue can access personal guest details, like names, emails, and responses. It's off unless an admin turns it on, and it can be turned back off at any time. With that switch off, Cue can still help with event setup, automations, and aggregate reporting.
Your guest data is never used to train AI models. RSVPify's AI partners are contractually barred from using your data that way too.
