Turn on RSVPify Cue for your workspace
In the top right of your workspace, click the Cue icon (the pencil icon, labeled "Cue, your event chief of staff").
In the "Meet Cue" panel, review what your event ops teammate can do, then click Let's begin.
Review data access and terms
On the "Review and enable Cue for your workspace" screen, decide whether to turn on Allow access to guest data (PII). This lets Cue use guest names, emails, and other guest details to give personalized answers, and it applies workspace-wide.
💡 Note: You can turn guest data access on or off at any time from Cue settings, without disabling Cue itself.
Read the RSVPify Cue Terms of Use.
Check the box confirming you have read and agree to the terms, and that you're authorized to accept on behalf of your workspace.
Click Agree & enable Cue.
Start using Cue
Once enabled, Cue opens as your event ops teammate. Ask about guests, seating, forms, revenue, and more in plain language, and Cue will show its thinking as it goes. Suggested prompts at the bottom of the panel are a good place to start if you're not sure what to ask.
Manage Cue settings
Open the Cue panel and click the gear icon (Cue settings) in the top right.
This opens Workspace Settings > AI, where you can:
Confirm Cue's current status (enabled or disabled)
Toggle Guest data access (PII) on or off, workspace-wide, for all users
Add or update Workspace context for Cue to reference. Cue can add to this over time, but it never changes context you've written yourself
Click Save Changes.
⚠️ Note: Changing guest data access applies to everyone in your workspace, not just your own account.
