Workspace-Level Reporting (Beta)
Reporting now works across your whole workspace, not one event at a time. Instead of exporting each event separately and stitching the numbers together in a spreadsheet, you can build a report once and run it across every event you manage.
Build a report from a data source. Start a new report, choose what it reports on, and the builder opens with sensible default columns ready to adjust.
Save reports and re-run them. Reports are saved to your workspace, so the setup work happens once and the report is there next time you need it.
Schedule reports to send on a recurring basis. Set a report to deliver daily, weekly, or monthly rather than remembering to run it by hand.
Send to as many people as you need. Add any email addresses to a scheduled report. Recipients don't need an RSVPify account to receive it, so reports can go to finance, leadership, or anyone outside your workspace.
Exports arrive as CSV. A report that produces several files, one sheet per event for example, arrives as a ZIP containing each CSV.
See a run history. Every saved and scheduled report keeps a record of when it ran, so you can confirm what went out and when, and download a previous run again.
Reporting Is Now Registration Summary
Inside an event, the page previously called Reporting is now called Registration Summary. Nothing about it has changed, only the name.
One QR Code Per Registration
When one person registers on behalf of others, you can now send a single QR code instead of one per guest.
In Event Settings → Outbound Emails, turn on Display QR codes and a new dropdown appears with two choices:
Individual QR codes. Every guest on the registration gets their own code. This is the default and works the way QR codes always have.
Primary only QR codes. One code appears under the primary guest, and additional guests on that registration don't receive their own.
Primary only fits events where the primary guest is the person really attending and their additional guests aren't expected to turn up independently, like an employee bringing their family to a company event. The registration belongs to that person, so the code does too. Additional guests can still be checked in as normal, they just don't carry a code of their own.

Teams running many events at once – Workspace reporting replaces the export-and-stitch-together spreadsheet routine with a single report across every event.
Anyone who reports on the same numbers regularly – Save a report once, schedule it, and check the run history to confirm it went out.
Colleagues who don't use RSVPify – Scheduled reports reach any email address, so people who need the numbers don't need an account to get them.
Hosts whose guests register on behalf of others – When an employee brings their family, one QR code for the employee matches who the registration actually belongs to.
