RSVPify now takes guests directly to their registration form when they click a personalized invite link, and gives hosts a downloadable QR code for every guest on their list.
What's New
Getting guests from their invitation to their RSVP form has always involved an extra step. Even when a guest received a personalized invite email, they still had to complete the guest list lookup flow before reaching their form. For hosts sending printed or mailed invitations, there was no way to give each guest a direct path to their own form at all.
With this release, personalized RSVP links now bypass the lookup step entirely, and every guest on your list has a unique QR code that works for both pre-event outreach and day-of check-in.
Personalized RSVP Links Bypass the Lookup Step
When a guest clicks the RSVP link in any guest-linked email, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups, they land directly on their registration form. The "Find My Invitation" block is skipped automatically. The rest of their RSVP experience is unchanged.
Printable QR Codes for Guests
Every guest on your Guest List now has a unique, downloadable QR code with two uses:
Pre-event: Include the QR code on a printed invitation or mailed save-the-date. When scanned, it takes that guest directly to their personalized RSVP form with the lookup step bypassed.
Day-of: Include the QR code on a printed badge, ticket, or other onsite material. Hosts logged into Check-In can scan it to check the guest in instantly.
Download a single code from any guest row, or use the bulk download option to export codes for your full list at once, making it easy to prepare for an entire print run.
If you remove a guest from your list after their link has been sent or QR code distributed, the link won't break. The recipient will see a clear message that the invitation is no longer valid and be redirected to the standard registration flow.
Where to Find Printable Guest QR Codes
Per-guest QR codes are available from your Guest List. Open your event, navigate to the Guest List, and look for the QR code download option on each guest row. To export codes for your full list, use the bulk download option.
Bulk exports download as a zip file containing individual PNG files named by guest, for example Halpert_Jim_[ID]_jim_halpert_dundermifflin_com.png, so it's easy to match each file to the right guest when preparing print materials.
