January 19, 2026: Introducing Advanced Conditional Logic

Updated over a week ago

Conditional Logic allows you to control what guests see during registration based on their answers or known information about them. With the new centralized Conditional Logic experience, all rules are managed from one place, making it easier to understand, update, and expand your logic as your events become more complex.

🌟 If you were already using logic, your existing rules have been automatically migrated and will continue to behave exactly as before.

What’s New

Previously, conditional logic lived inside individual blocks within the form builder. While this worked well for simple setups, it became difficult to manage as forms grew more complex.

With this update, Conditional Logic is now centralized in a dedicated Logic tab, giving you one place to see and manage all rules for your form.

The logic capabilities themselves have also been expanded. You can now show or hide multiple blocks at the same time based on a single condition, rather than creating separate rules for each block. You can also show or hide individual options within a multi select block, allowing for more precise control over what choices different guests see.

Together, these improvements make it much easier to build flexible and personalized registration paths.

Where to Find Conditional Logic

To access Conditional Logic, open your registration form in the builder and click the Logic tab at the top of the form. This will take you to a dedicated page where you can view, edit, and create all logic rules for that registration.

How Conditional Logic Works

Conditional Logic is built using simple if and then rules. When a guest answers a question a certain way or matches known criteria, the system can show or hide specific blocks or answer options Each rule can control multiple elements at once, allowing you to create flexible and personalized registration experiences.

Managing and Organizing Your Logic Rules

The new Conditional Logic experience also gives you better tools to manage and organize your rules as they grow.

You can duplicate existing logic rules to quickly create new ones without starting from scratch. This is especially helpful when multiple rules share similar conditions or outcomes.

You can also rename logic rules to make them easier to identify at a glance. Clear rule names help you understand what each rule does and make ongoing maintenance much simpler.

You can reorder logic rules to control which rules take priority if there is a conflict. Rules are evaluated in order from top to bottom, so placing higher priority rules first ensures the correct behavior when multiple rules could apply.

🎯 Who's It For?

This release is perfect for:
