We're rolling out powerful upgrades to give you more control, clarity, and speed when managing your events—from closing registration with custom messaging to exporting reporting data and editing guest information in place.

What's New

This release addresses workflow gaps with tools designed to give you more control over how events end, how data is shared, and how quickly you can make updates.

Close Forms with Custom Messages lets you quickly close your RSVP or registration form and display a custom message to visitors explaining what's next. Whether it's a thank-you note directing guests to a waitlist, final instructions for confirmed attendees, or information about a future event, you control exactly what visitors see when registration is no longer available.

Export Reporting Overviews lets you quickly downloed filtered reports of your registration data. Additionally, you can jump directly to filtered guest lists based on the report segment you're viewing, making it easy to transition from high-level insights to detailed attendee data.

Inline Editing for Guest & Contact Fields eliminates the need to click into individual profiles for simple updates. Edit guest names, contact details, and custom field values directly from your list view. This dramatically speeds up common tasks like correcting typos, updating phone numbers, or adjusting dietary preferences—especially valuable when processing last-minute changes or cleaning up data after bulk imports.

Where to Find These Features

Custom close messages are configured in Form Settings > Availability, where you can set your form status to "Closed" and customize the message visitors will see.

Export reporting is available from any report view by clicking the Export button in the corner.

Inline editing is enabled by default in your Guest List and Contacts views - simply click any editable field to update it in place.
